What To Expect

Signing the contract. Before leaving the parking lot, Big Creek Rentals LLC needs a signed copy of the contract on file. The contract can be signed by the renter or driver(s). Please sign both copies then keep one copy in the vehicle for the duration of the trip and put the other copy in the dropbox beside the office door.
Cleaning. The outside of the vehicle will more than likely get dirty and if you can keep the inside dirt contained to the removable floor mats, there will NOT be a cleaning charge. If there is dirt and grime on the carpets or seats, most likely you will get a $25 cleaning charge.
Fuel. Fuel levels are noted on the rental contracts. It is expected that the vehicles be refueled before returning. If you return a vehicle with more fuel than when it left, you will get a refund. If something happens that you can’t refuel or if you simply don’t want to be bothered, we will refuel and charge you up to 40% over market value to refuel the vehicle.
Payment. If no invoice is included in this packet, we will send you one via mail or email. Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card. Outside of potential cleaning charges and/or refueling charges, the ‘estimated charges’ on the contract or the price listed on the invoice is the final price. If you need any of those services, simply add them to the total (no sales tax). If paying via cash or check on trip completion, please put the payment in the dropbox.
Did you lock the keys in the van? We carry a spare key (doors only, not an ignition key) on all our vehicles. Please call us for the location of the spare key.
EZ Pass. We have EZ Pass transponders available at request.
